Yeah i had a uno turbo and a swift gti, it went like stink for a 1.3 n/a lump...

Yeah that charade made me £2500 quid on a ebay auction so a clear £1500 profit... But i was putting 70 hours a week into it..
All work carried out myself and i got a friend to help me paint it, I'd love to do a r5 project, a nice r5 gtt be right up my street...

They have a 993 cc engine 3 cylinder, power of nearly 100 bhp, and 0-60 in about 7 or 8 seconds, thats all standard times..

They will quite happily take alot more boost, you can run them up to 180 bhp b4 touching internals like pistons etc.. Mine ran emanage for fuel, boost, map, spark etc, a healthy 160 bhp with no issuses... :agree:

Yeah, i was a budget rebuild and i just came in under £1000 by pence i think lol, but the amount of man hours i put into this car was unreal, to pay some one else to weld it would have just been pointless but i wanted summit to do over christmas, whole project lasted about 3 months from start to finish and i sold it for £2200... Miss it bad but i got my new project, my 4 door sleeper
