Whats the best way to fit new manifold studs into to the head without damaging the thread and insuring they are tight?

Thought some of you may know of a few tricks;)

Cool, thats how i removed the old damaged ones:ashamed::ashamed: Is it worth putting any threadl ock on them? Reason i ask is from the searches ive done on here a few people have experinced both the nuts and studs working themselves loose?

thanks again

No threadlock, just wind them in till they nip up. Be sure to use pinched copper manifold nuts and they won't rattle off ;)
