You're wasting even more time by asking the question. You'd have found your answer a fair while ago if you'd searched through the boards AND had time to post another rediculous thread:rolleyes:

Actually i search lm-1, lc-1, lm 1, lc 1, none of which gave me any threads. which is why I asked.

LC-1 = kit with gauge
LM1 = kit with brick

Alot of members have had probs with the LC-1 kits, i had one & it was fine.

LM-1 proven to work but bulky.

Odd readings, duff sensors, some just wouldn't work.

LM-1...tried & tested but not permanent......
like i say, i had the LC-1 & it was ok for me, as it is/was for a few others, it seems a few were duff though but...it says alot when Chris (Scoff) won't touch one

If it is duff the guys @ GGR are pretty good though & i believe will replace.. it may have been a few from an iffy batch that were rushed through for the group buy, i think at least 30 were sold at once, then a few more on top of that...

Tuning the GTT would be getting the fueling right for the boost you run & seeing if it starts to lean out high up in higher gears etc....

do you have the 'AEM uego' mark?

i was looking at them a couple of nights ago, apparently they're very easy to fit so would be better for moving from car to car.
only thing is they only read from 11-16 afr,i suppose that's enough though.

if you do have one, what's your thought's on it?

was in an ex's car, bigg fitted it as far as i'm aware, just knew it never went wrong, my lc-1 died about a week after i got it, plus it gives numeric and rich/lean display so easy at a glance :)

with the lm1 kit is says can save or dta logg i think.. does it save the info it reads within itself to read later on a computer or do u have to have a laptop plugged in at the time of recording?? also can u buy extra wire or loom to plug in to the lm1 to read an compare fueling against rpm or is that summit else alltogether??

Saves to the LM-1 so you can download to the PC or laptop later to review:)

To do rpm you will want and LMA2 which can be plugged into the LM-1 - I think that is what it is but to be honest I never found to be that accurate.

so the lma2 is an extra that plugs into the lm1 an with that logg an save rpm against fuel to the lm1 so when u bring the info up on the computer it will show what fueling at what rpm?? :) is that correct???

Yeah it stores the data onto the LM-1 so you can then download it later onto Logworks. You can switch the screens also on the LM-1 to either see the AFR or RPM unfortunatly for live reading it doesn't display both at the same time

This might be stupid but instead of an lm-1 could you not just use an O2 sensor and a gauge ?

I know its not going to log and record information, but you'll get a reading of rich or lean?
