Just wanted to say this whole club is bloody brilliant......

I was right down on my luck last month and decided to sell the 5. It was getting good interest until I had a message from local member Dan (user Alex-R5). His message basically said "don't sell it, you'll regret it"

After a few phone calls and messages he offered to come round and have a look at the car, basically I was selling because I didn't have a clue what I was doing! (That Haynes manual is a liar! 2 spanners is meant to be easy!)

Dan came round today in the pissing rain! but after a few hours tinkering and a change of my radiator I've just been out in my car for the last hour with the biggest grin in the world, its running spot on and I have him to thank.

:yeah::yeah::yeah:

Top Bloke - He's even off camping tonight in this weather - good look :wasntme:

Yes mate, you see I read the Haynes manual on removing the Rad:scratch:, but the way Dan did it was totally different.......guidance is good.

Don't worry my hands were dirty.
