Part ID - Rear damper...

I'm about to change my rear dampers and have been looking about for some extra van rears to go on...

After looking at Eurocarparts online, there appear to be 2 types available, a flat axle and round axle version...which ones am I meant to be buying ?...:smokin:

Can't see any on the GSF website either, I'd rather go there as they are around the corner from me lol

IF YOUR PUTTING THEM ON A 5 .....

sure you'll need the flat axle ones......

flat axle is the normal axle as used on a 5.......

trhe round is a spilt rear axle , pivot bush in the centre and single torsion bars.....

If your gtt is as low as the old one then the extra van shocks will be bottomed out, they look longer than gtt shocks...

Would the shock bottoming out sooner stop the suspension arms bottoming out and smashing though the boot floor?
