how much heat wrap needed??

how much heat wrap is needed 2 wrap a standard manifold??? all different sizes on the bay :p

I was thinking about doing this, I wonder how much difference there is between quality as some of it seems fairly cheap but then there is some that is overly expensive.

Almst everyone i know who has heat wrapped a standard r5 cast manifold has had cracks form, lag your inlet, leave exhaust well alone. D/P can be done though.

yeah ive got some for the downpipe like...... shall leave it then, dont wanna start a whole world of problems. :agree:

Or you could go get a custom tubular stainless exhaust and then wrap that :P
