strut movement.

Didn't want to hijack Rusty's post,so thought i'd ask on here.Had new front shocks fitted a few years ago,when i turn the steering ,with bonnet open,I can see & hear the top of the struts moving against the turrets,same thing happens if I pull & push the wheels in&out,any sugestions?:crap: . Bit cheeky I know,but any ideas on my "mixure" post, in technical sec :ashamed:

Hard to tell without seeing them, but is the top shock nut nice and tight?

Possibly perished/corroded top mounts?

If it's visable I'd certainly be whipping them off to take a look pronto! :crap:

Great,thanks for the info:) I'll have a good look,I 'didn't want to rush into ordering the top mounts.
