Nice find steven... the folders with this 5 still shock me today..Letters, use of a private garage etc etc. Everything is still with the car.

I'll have to print these out now and add them in

The white 5 with the blue body kit, looks just like my cup car... seems to be a very common paint job....

Here is another one of the RTOC meeting and of the car in the garage in Bromley in Kent where G75 WVU was stored at that time.

It would be a good idea i think to have a board where we can enter our reg and find out who used to own our cars :coffee:

Hijacking the thread a little but the date reminded me (although wrong year) of when i purchased my first ever Renault 5 GT Turbo back in 1998, completley standard. This was back in the day when Michelin MXVs were in stock :D albeit £95 each

A car looking just like that greeny wide arch 5 on the right used to be parked in the BP in Dunstable a few years ago.

I paid £2850 for it, as mentioned completely 100% OE when i bought it. The only thing i had to do after buying it was renew the clutch which i had done at my local Renault dealer at a cost of £600 cash, starting as you mean to go on i purchased my ELF oil from Renault etc etc.
