The last second hand RS500 engine I saw on ebay sold for £4500, front spliter £1200 and the rear upper and lower spoiler over £1000. A non cracked dash will set you back over £650 and people complain about the cost owning Renault 5 GT Turbo, but it is all good fun

Standard they were all LHD, a few have been converted. They all had the dog leg gearbox which takes abit of getting use too!

Do not get offended! when i was young i saw the fattest munter driving one of these with her fella beside her he was no oil painting and was about 25stone.

she swerved out and almost killed a pedestrian, then she had the nerve to have a go at him.

she stuck her fat fingers up all with fat soverign rings on at him.

Can pick up the 4 door ones cheaper than that, but 3dr versions I see from about 7-8k

No chance when the cosworth came on the scene it was so fecking quick and unbeatable they had to change the rules to ban it. In Rs500 spec it ran up to 700hp in qualifying trim and in race trim ran a mighty 550hp. A friend of the family Robb Gravett took the piss in 1990 with if my memory serves me correct a massive nine wins on the trot, and to make it even more impressive this was from a privateley entered team with next to no budget, imagine that taking the micheal out of the works cars with no money. From 1987 onwards the M3 won next to nothing.

yeah pretty lucky 2b fair!!!! some decent rds by me 2 go4 a blast. this punto i overtook at normal speed comin up2 the harvester on the hagley rd got on my ass in the 40zone.... i then hammered it on2 that harvester island on the old r888s ;) headin halesowen direction and it was ta ra punto. :laugh::laugh:

you'll never get an e30 m3 evo for under 10 grand pal, the evo I, II and sport evo were made in limited numbers and fetch 25k+. the normal e30 m3 you can get for under 10 grand, and your right white is the best colour :)
