One Way

Which are the two one way valves on the manifold? how do you check if they are still one way only?:)

This is what they look like. If you force air through them it should only go through one way.

Suck then blow.....the valve that is

I blow through one way, flip it round and try the other way.
And be very very careful putting them back in. I lost a thread in the manifold the other week.
