Most people use piper,i myself used there springs previously,but i was wondering if anyone has fitted catcams valve springs? & if so are they the better option?

i just looked at their website. for the gtturbo uprated springs you also need their retainer too.
the valve lift allowed looks good though.

Their retainers are'nt essential,it is poss to just fit the springs.

the lightweight retainers are an extra £70 odd quid.

just the springs? or did you go for retainers aswell?
