Turbo issue

A frend of mine has a theory....

I THINK THAT OIL IS GOING INTO THE TURBO AT THE TOP BUT NOT CUMIN OUT THE BOTTOM AND THE RESON IS THE THE OIL PIPE THAT GOES BAK TO OIL COOLER THE PIPE IS DRY,ALSO THE RUBBER HOSE HAS A HOLE IN IT AND NO OIL IS CUMING OUT INTO ENGINE BAY FROM HOLE IN HOSE.IS THIS POS?THE CAR DOSNT SMOKE ONLY EVERY NOW AND THEN DOSE IT SMOKE FOR ABOUT 5SECOUNDS,THATS IT

take the oil feed off the top of the turbo take the king lead off the dizzy cap and crank it over pointing the oil feed into bottle to catch oil. if you have oil there check your oil return pipe back to the sump thats the pipe below the turbo and joins onto a metal pipe taking it to the sump make sure thats not blocked. i dont see how the oil cooler is affecting you.
