Am sat on my balcony at the top of Redland Rd in Bristol and a tasty looking white 5 has pottered past a couple of times. White, black cup steelies, chrome cage and red decals. Who ever it is :agree: sounds very nice!

Want to get mine finished, major withdrawl symptoms...

Could have been member mad Murdoch but on the reg you have put the 5 & 6 around the wrong way

That's the one! It never ceases to amaze me how small the world of R5 turbos is!

Yea thats my m8 mad murdochs he's finally got it going again after a few problems......He is a real happy bunny again :laugh::laugh: the main reason for the sounding like that is his sidey its a bit loud tho :D and spits nasty black sheeet

Just by the Bupa (Spire now) hospital on the Downs, there's a big block of yellow brick and steel/glass flats. Just off the funny roundabout/junction at the very top of Whiteladies Road... I was sunbathing on the balcony and heard a distinctive rumble as he went past a couple of times! :laugh: :smokin:

Hey mate, we certainly should. I am only here during the week normally and head home most weekends to Devon...


Ill have to get my finger out and get my 5 on the road soon as...

Perhaps a pub run / meet on a week night and see if any of the other Bristol/Weston crowd are about? :agree: Not been to a club meet for a while standfast the Plymouth guys.

yea that was me,just heading up the downs to meet some freinds,refuring to ur sun tanning it was a nice day,sad really because few of my mates who i was meeting had these cars and moved on from them,a freind called anthony who had a nice white 1, reg h181 bke, i think sold it to a club member,really nice car, he now has a red evo 8,another freind who has a nice raider with everything gt tuning on,its just sat in a garage,,,and he drives an escort cosworth,and another freind who has steven rae,s old raider,and that too is just sat in a garage,.there was loads in bristol at 1 time but slowly merging away.next time you see me,run in the road and stop me 4 a chat,now that the weather is getting better more might pop out of the wood work.. :)

i bought mine 9 years ago from a guy in bristol in the stoke gifford area,and he told me he bought it of a woman from bristol aswell,she trade in her citroen ax gt for it.:D
