Most probably a zero missing missing from the end, and there's a premium rate 070 number to contact as well.

Looks like a scam

Its on this website -

"This very dusty Ferrari F40 replica on a Fiero chassis is currently in Dubai, originally imported from the United States. A potential buyer was asking me if I had any idea who the original manufacturer was… From these photos, can anyone tell?"

Ho hum, I suppose I should have said what came into my head when I first saw it, or even kept my trap shut.

Here at my place few years back F40 replica based on 300ZX was rolling around. No engine at the back was first thing that I noticed :D

This one looks a bit too short in the back comparing to original F40.

Ho hum, I suppose I should have said what came into my head when I first saw it, or even kept my trap shut.

Why? I noted that it wasn't a b*stardised MR2 (though I can understand why you might have thought that), and Bric is saying what he believes the real donor car was. I've not heard of that conversion before but he may well be right.

So I'm not sure why you're peeved.

I'm not, I'd stay away from posting on forums if I was that thin skinned. My original thought was that it was a scam/replica its pretty difficult to tell from just a picture of a rear wing. The MR2 comment was tongue in cheek based on the fact there is one based locally.
