I think I must spend 90% of my time tinkering  Not including anything major that needs doing like engine swaps etc ...
I drive it less and less these days now it's a plaything .It used to be the other way round when I used the GTA as my daily driver :scratch:

More of a driverer when the cars on the road, i was gonna say tinkering is to expensive but im not sure whether driving lots or tinkering would cost more in these turbo fuel guzzlers

I don't tend to spend a lot on it cause I'm dead tight and skint  That adds to the challenge

I love my driving but its got to be a tinkerer as my cars dont like staying on the road. maybe should spend more money on the car rather than just getting it through each day at a time.

i never drive my 5. bought a new one a few months back. driven it maybe 5 times and only just done over 100 miles in her, did 80 miles in one night so that shows how little i use mine. i would much rather tear it to bits and fix it.

Definitely tinker! as with my other hobbies always got things in bits and never actually use them for their intended purpose.

im defo a tinkerer:cry:

i fully rebuilt my last 5 up... owned it for 4years and only drove it for 6months and sold it.

my current one...been sat in a garage for 4yrs before i bought it, i bought it back in 2007. so went straight from that garage into my garage so it hasnt seen the road in 6yrs!! plan was to keep this as my toy but now im just trying to finish it off to sell..
so to sum it up,ive not even drove my car and i think i never will.
:crap:

50/50 really.... you have to do alot of tinkerin to keep these machines on the rd as you all well know.:laugh: + its not really a car you can just leave alone, you have to have a little mess dont ya!? :agree:;)

I want to be a driver but mine seems to spend at least a third of the year off the road needing bits done:(

I like tinkering, but the real enjoyment comes with driving. My theory is build it right & drive it to the moon & back;)

At the moment i can beat that, unfortunately:(

Bit of a tinkerer, really good at taking stuff apart to see how it works, not so good at getting it back together to see if it still does;)
