have been umming and rrring over getting a carbon K-tec bonnet for a while now.....think i'm going to bite the bullet and order one 2mrw....will I be dissapointed when it doesn't fit properly?:cry:

I cant believe Ktec call themselves renault 5 gt turbo specilaists/tuners, they have a body styling section yet they cant make a bonnett to fit correctly!

i ordered 1 online then rang them up the next day 2 find i had a 3-4 mth wait.... told them not 2 bother in the end. wish i had waited now :cry: if you get 1 let us know how it fits!? :agree: :laugh::laugh:

i got one off Brigsy,who i think got it from ktec,decent fit,better when i ditched the hinges and used aero catches tho,i say if you get one fit catches/pins for a good fit :agree:

Get in contact with performance trim and see if they will make you one/batch !

Im sure ive heard of somone that has one that isnt made/sold by ktec.Pro carbon or something? They do rair saxo bits aswell.

Needed lacquer tho.

As far as I know ProComp disappeared years ago. I bought this one for £500 before K-Tec started doing them.

Edit: The website is still there though so may be worth a try contacting them. ProComp (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/amityville/control.htm)
