Today i looked at under taking the lowering of the rear torsion bar, in doing so i removed the rear arches, to my surprise the bolts that go through the arch where "fillered" in to place, and simply sheared off. Guessing this is a common problem , and if so is there a common fix , or is it best to simply buy more arches.

Get some stainless m6 bolts, cut the heads off so you have a stud the right legnth. Clean off any old filler and then fibreglass the studs into place. Bride filler is ok as it co tai a some glass but not as goof as doing it properly. You can araldite rapid the studs in first to make the glass work easier. Use plenty of resin too.
