just a quickie, put my bro's old clio 16v carriers on my mates 5 gtt today, but when we tried to put the sliders in the 16v carriers seemed to have a hole that was too small. we have one slider that fits and its a bit smaller than the 5gtt ones we took off. has anyone noticed this, and more importantly where can i get sliders from, all the local motorfactors today seemed very confused. the 5 ones have a couple of rubber sleeves on as well, whereas the 16v ones are the same diameter all the way down. have tried to see if the 16v carriers have an insert but it seems to be metal inside.
can anyone she any light onto this, as its the last thing we need to sort before we got it MOT'd and another ph1 on the road back from the dreaded SORN :p
