It's the first Sunday of the month, so that means it's Farmers Market day :D

I'm off there shortly to hunt down a nice joint of beef to do for dinner. Then i'm going to sit down and watch two teams I hate, play football.

One day I might get some enthusiasm back to touch my cars. T-Cup hasn't been started since National Day, and I haven't driven the Ghost since last April when the tax ran out

Getting a lift into town to pick my car up (Prelude, not the GTT), after leaving it in there and having a few beers last night.

Taking the jump leads with me as my mate rang me late on to say I've left my interior light on. :homer: :sad2:

james, you can time it up in the bay you know ? 8mm shaft to lock the crank and a cam tool in the end of the head to lock the cams.

Chris your a star matey saved the hassle of getting it all out :cooter:

on the front of the block, bottom right as you look at it there is a nut / bung that you can remove. an 8mm shaft will go through the hole and line up with an 8mm hole in the crank when it is at TDC. be carefull not to get the the shaft in one of the balancing holes, etc. verify TDC by looking at the marking on the flywheel. I use an 8mm punch - don't use a drill bit else it might snap off in the sump. Use something a little milder. it will lock it enough for you to torque up the bottom pulley!

as for cam's, I guess you havn't un-done those but you might need the cam tool to hold them at TDC while you torque up the bottom pulley.

This afternoon :
Removed skany seats from the Cup Car,
Removed nice seats from White 5,
Put nice seats in the cup car
Put in standard interior in the White 5.

Topped it off with a little blast in the white 5, gonna miss it.... Alot

Heard from the new owner of the grey 5, he got home safe and well and the 5 performed well.

Now going out for a meal with the miss's, gonna try not to mention 5 at all. :)

Had a proper **** day up there with the worst days of my life. Played football in the morning happy days drew 2-2. Went in to town for beers and to watch two pony sides play a pony game of football and have it decided in a pony way not great. On the way to the taxi see an old mate getting a bit of a slap off some bouncers so decide to step in and break it up and got arrested for the privlage, banged up for nineteen hours and missed work. Bouncer guy said I hit him three times which is bollocks. I asked the nice police lady to see if any cctv footage was available and when she came back with it it conformed what I had said from the start, I did fcuk all wrong. How **** is that. Thank fcuk for the cameras
