Looking for G9*8 A*R - Raider

I know its a long shot, but does anyone know of, or what happened to G9*8 A*R? My best mate owned it between 1997 and 2000. Car was standard except being lowered and at the time sat on 15" Momo Arrows. Would like to know if its still about?
