Wich Intercooler

Hi can someone help me im after a cheepish front mount intercooler for my 5
ive had a look on ebay and found these have a look as i dont want to buy one then find out its crap or wont fit.
I dont want to be cutting the cross member like ive heared some people doing.
Allthough ive allready cut the center grill bit out of the bumper.

The 2wd, or at a push fit, the 4x4 type, Sierra Cosworth intercooler is a good fit, and a v efficient core.

Thanks -are the inlets/outlets the right size - 2 1/4".

Not sure if they're exactly 2.25", but it's not far off.

Several people on here run them, so they defo fit/pipes are available to fit.

4X4 cooler deffinately runs a larger inlet & outlet, cant remember the size though.

The second intercooler is quite a common one people go for on here but obviously in different sizes, i've got one like that on mine just can't remember where i got mine from (was a while ago).

Think you got yours here Mark, i had a slightly smaller one from there on my old black 5 , if you remember they had a group buy on the old site .

i think the outlet pipe size on the cossie cooler is 63 mm, you will need reducers to take it down to 51mm. they are available from samco etc.

yes Mark they did have an ebay account under thsparts , they may still trade under that , price went up in 10 pound stages depending on size :)
