Hello everyone,

Just thought i'd write a quick hello to everyone in the group, already the web site has been of great help to me........and the wizard:scratch:

Hi matey,

If you want some History on the car I can give you a bit I have worked on that car a few times matey.

Was owned by two RTOC members Blactea2001 and Dunc whom sold it to Bob @ CGB.

I went with wez (blacktea) when he brouht that car, i did some work on her as well. This is how mad he was about cleaning his 5.

DAYYYAAAM!!!!! That looks super clean, and i thought my O.C.D. was bad:)

Cheers for the welcome and replies, it's nice to know that people know things about a car you've spent your hard earned money on - as for keeping it standard and further work, it's my intention to retain it in as close to standard and "new" condition as pos,i just love the look of the 5 as it is!!!!!

I could tell as soon as i saw it that it been looked after but as with 5's was not total sure, hence asking you guys for any info............

Anyway once again, thanks alot for the welcome and replies and no doubt i'll be after help with things in the future.................................:scratch:

Please tell me you didn't cut through the originally uncut hose to put a dump valve in :cry: why do people do that.

No No.........rest assured that was an already cut hose purchased cheap..........and the uncut hose is now part of my growing spares pile;)

I'm sure after time i'll get over the pphhhhsssssss but it does bring a smile to my face :)

Consider it a 1/4 life crisis:D

You have to love the red when it looks at sweet as this!! :cool:
