not sure if this will help but my old man is a tool maker and can make oil refurb parts and lighten flywheels to cgb standard and make most parts once given a copy or told what it should do or given say a problem to solve will make a part to solve it
just pm if anythink is needed

he as even offered a 20% discount to rtoc :)

Am I right in thinking that oil pump refurb kits are no longer available in the main?

If not, would it not be good sense to bulk buy into the club shop?

i had a oil pump refurb kit off cgb, cost me about £80 , maybe see if your old man could make some cheaper for the rtoc shop.

i have shown my dad the oil pump and possible to make them and sell them for £50-60 maybe cheaper as that was just looking at it

he would do the flywheels like cgb do them also £55 on exchange

but like most things the more the cheaper it can be done
even down to head skimming ect

he has at least 40 years in the trade so his work is very good
he did my flywheel which is pictured on rtoc somewhere and is no different to cgb but dont cost £90 once vat is added
but prices will be worked out better once he looks at items in more detail:)
but i would think these are the most he would charge
