Hey Guys,

My Names Harry, 19 from Derby, about to Study Motorsport technolgy at Uni. Currently own a Renault Clio 16v, Running 155bhp and 133lbft.
I know what your thinking, Get your Non turbo clio of this forum lol, But I hope that sometime in the near future the Clio will be going Turbo, still weighing up Pro's and Con's yet and what I can afford, but I should have some plans made up for it soon.

Here's a few pics of my Valver, hope you like them.

Thanks for the warm welcome Guys, :)

Yes the Car is ford Imperial blue, the Original Imperial 16v too..before people started doing the same

I'll Join up as a full member as soon as im paid, what sort of benefits do you get from membership?.. apart from ofcourse, the wealth of knowledge;)

I know Coops from Clio16valver, been out in his car a few times and it's his fault that I want to turbo the Clio:laugh: Ive been offered some pistons, manifold, injectors and map sensor at a very reasonable price, and i've got a couple of TD04 13G turbos laying about, so Im extremely tempted to start turbo'ing, especially as i'll be able to carry out most of the Work at Uni,..But time will tell.:D

Thanks again for the welcome guys.

looks good buddy, woulda gone for a diff offset on the rims so they filled the arches a little better, there loadsa people in the know on here, ive built 2 clio turbos before had, tho i droped in the gtt lump to do it. if uve got the bits do it man, ull love it, the other option would be itbs and nitrous, 2 totaly different drives but it depends what you want the car for. u about on cliosport? i go by the name adeyspec racing on there. id go for a bigger turb than what uve got available, but again it depends on what you want from the car, used to run a tdo6 20g on my 1800cc 200sx, came on boost at about 4500rpm but had potential for an easy 400bhp ;) welcome to the nut house too

I'm loving this site already, Looks bonkers haha!:smokin:

Thanks for all of the Kind comments about the car guys, :D

The Car has definatly got to go turbo, I just cant afford ITB's and the fact you can gain more power with a Turbo car, and also,... wastegate flutter FTW!
As for using the TD04 13G, I reckon it would be an Uber low lag road turbo and can hold about 18psi efficiently to redline, but as said I do think it will be a bit too small, But i'll mock everything up using that turbo anyway. I'd love to stick a GT30R on one of these engines, That would be mental, along as a few broken diffs and gearboxes:laugh:

Anyway, i've just Confirmed buying the pistons, manifold and other pieces now so it's only a matter of time:)

Cheers Guys

please call wastegate flutter compressor stall and we wnt have to send tiny round to bum you, like i said it depends what you wana use the power for, ive had so many different turbo motors i thought id try somthing different with the itbs, very useable on track rather than the on off power of a turbo

I'd run that turbo at about a bar, no point in loads of torque, you'll just break stuff, and it looks like you'll be ringing it's neck at a bar up top.
