ok basically i have a 10% off ebay voucher, but i have to use it soon. Ive been thining about getting a LM2 although wasnt planing on doing so , so soon. However i thought about getting it now and using this voucher, i think on ebay its £260 delivery, after 10% discount that will be £234.

just checking how much are otehr people paying for there lm2's ?

ok further more on this im seeing there is a lm1 and i can get one of them for around £180 delivered.. as i am new to all this could anybody tell me if there is much diffrence and if i will ever likely use the extra features present in the lm2

im pretty sure ebay vouchers are up to the sum of £100 mate. otherwise i would be buying a new car with mine :)

No, it's a discount of up to £100, so it's 10% up to £1000. If you spend over £1000 you just get £100 discount.

i am correct in saying that includes all i need arnt i , and that there is a sieral cable included to allow logging of data to laptop ?

unless you want the logging features of the LM-2 (or the code reader) then buy the LM1. I bought an LM2 last year thinking I'd treat myself, its pretty cheap and nasty, lm1 is much tougher. also the text height and the backlit screen is not as big and bright as is depicted in the add's :rolleyes:

hmmn no, that will have been an old LM1 selotaped to the dashboard, or something like that. This is the LM2

ahh i stand corrected, hmm looks a nice bit of kit the lm2 does but ill take your word for it n go with the lm1, just wana double check now that the one on ebay i put up comes with everything.

lm1 is now ordered
