great north run 2009

just thinking about these runs gets me down:(

i used to run quite well and really wish i still could, but due to health probs over the past 5yrs my health has Drastically deteriorated:sad2:
once an athletic/broad build at circ 14st 4lbs with 21%bf,
now officially classed as obese @ 17st 3lbs with 31%bf:(
2weeks back i was @17st 8lbs so it slowly coming off:)
