Reverse switch

Has anyone got part number/picture of a reverse switch for a phase 2 gt turbo? Mines playing up and when looking on ebay there a few different sorts.

It's on the side of the gearbox, normally fitted with a green plug/connector. Bridge the wires to test the bulb and rule out the wiring. If it is the switch, you will loose gear oil from when removing and replace.
