Accelerator nozzle

Just wanted to know what seal or washer goes under the nozzle with spring above it, there a thin rubber washer and a fibre washer in the rebukd kit but unsure which one to use. Any help appreciated.

I've always used the fibre washer, but sometimes they don't seal and cause the fuel to drop down the ventury.

I'm pretty sure I use the fibre one.
