Has any one had to replace their wiper motor??
mine is the original and is fairly brilliant for nearly 30 years old but if it fails in the rain i have to stop!!
i was going to change it as a precaution!
are the available new?

I have changed mine for exactly the same reason. Nowt wrong with the original but prefer to have piece of mind. As to if they are still available new I have no idea, mine was NOS from ebay years ago. I do remember they are not cheap however. Just to add I did have a problem with the rear motor whereby the shaft had corroded and would no longer turn. Was able to strip that down and get it working again. However that is also being replaced with new one I got from Sam Fish, again some years ago.

just did a search for suspension springs on the PR REILY site and suplex do 2 types
i presume somebody here has checked out the 2 numbers 7700778740 (short spring) and
7700769828(long spring)
i'm nearly sure mine had a grey coding on it like the 7700778740 (short spring)
anyone know the part numbers for the phase 2 springs??

My presumption is the short spring is the phase two and the long spring is the phase one.
