Hey chaps, just had a nosey through the forums, good to see the old club and old faces still here!

Still hankering after my old 5, I want to race it again - anyone know if Bob at CGB still has it? Otherwise it will be a turbo 2 lol!

Welcome back matey. :) no idea what Bob has at the moment. Good luck finding a turbo 2 that's even half affordable!

Cheers Matt!

Just been offered an R9 turbo that's been sat in a field, probably going to give it some love and rally it... not sure how to upload pics from an iPhone, but it's a ph1 and is mostly complete so should be fun.

The search for a t2 will begin in France, unless something crops up on the web, but prices are silly and only getting worse!

Just returned to building Renaults myself and also good to see some familiar names still doing the rounds. Stepped back from building vx220 and parked anymore s3 tfsi conversions

Got the rwd mid engine 5 and got new spec RS3 Audi lump (40th bday present) and dsg box going in place of the 20vt

Also collected my old silver gt turbo off Chris H after selling over 10 years ago. Full bare shell rebuild needed but made a start this weekend ;)

I will of course start some project threads to share and will have plenty of threads on the restoration

Welcome back. I must admit I've not seen sight of your GTT since you sold it?
