New membership.

Hi,
I joined RTOC a few weeks back, do I receive a membership pack?

Also ...After joining I purchased some spares, from the rtoc shop, I received a email confirming my order, but no outstanding orders are shown when I log into my shop account?

I have contacted the shop but got no reply, is this normal?

Hello and welcome to the club.:)

You will receive a membership pack. We have a new membership secretary who will be catching up with the member packs from handover. Please bear with him for a little while longer.

Dale (aka bigfoot) deals with the shop. He only posts on Saturdays. I've sent him a message for you so he can chase up. Below is a list of relevant contacts:-
