Most stick with the cast manifold mate as it seems to do the job up to 220BHP. It also doesn't crack and gives the 5 the distinctive 'rumble' engine tone.;)

It's in good nick, been on my car over a year running about 220hp. The heat paint is chipping off but no big deal. I'd be looking for about £100.
