Pls Help - wire problem

Hy.I start to restore my 5 and stuck when got to engine bay wire.I dont know where all those wires goes,electric schem are a big mistery to me so some pics or exact advice where they go will help a lot.tnks

P.S ,car was Automatic gearbox at base,now have a C1J engine inside with manual gearbox

Are you finding the engine wiring loom difficult to match up to cars wiring loom? A haynes manual will help as it has some wiring diagrams in. Have you still got automatic R5 wiring loom in car and trying to attach the C1J engine wiring loom to it? :)

Yeah something like that.Central socket placed on the left inner arch is from the Automatic and wires from alternator the one that goes in the socket is from c1j.I dont know if they got a big importance,but still i dont want to let those wires in "air"
