Hy.I got this problem when i try to renew my membership,any help????

We're sorry, but your transaction couldn't be completed using the selected card, MasterCard x-4139. This happened because it has been denied by the card issuer.

Hi Ripan,

Sounds like your card has expired or maybe being declined by your bank.

No,it looks like it some problem from PayPal some error,This is the only method i can pay??I would like to renew but cant cause some stupid error from PayPal

Hi Andy,

Welcome back to RTOC. :)

I just set up a new account and went though the payment process and it all worked OK. Took £15 from the Visa card and gave it to the RTOC PayPal.

So the payment system is working for new registrations anyway. Yours is a renewal. However, including the new test account, about 10 people have renewed or joined since the new website went live last week.

It's a new website and this may be a new problem.

I'm sending you a private message regarding a possible solution.

Your more than welcome squire! :) The two major events we have just had were brilliant for the members and showcasing the cars. Third best stand at FCS too:D
