Ph1 Body kit Paint code

As above, does anyone know the paint code for ph1 kit?

a phase 1 bodykit shouldn't be painted, they left the factory that way unless it was a pearl white one( kit was painted as an option on those)

Yes I am aware of that.

I'm guessing though that someone has painted kit to a similar colour before. I need to add ph1 one rear arches to mine but they need painting as they've been painted before.

One of the old guard......err.....Haz! I think. He used to get great results using stipple effect paint on the GTT bodykit. It's probably buried in one of his project threads. There might be a good description of what paint/manufacturer he used. Obivously since the kits weren't painted from the factory, there is no Renault paint code. Well, none that we've ever come across in the last 20yrs for the impregnated colour they used.

Awesome, thats the colour I am after. Currently it is a bit more of a lighter grey.

The front bumper needs fixing so I might as well freshen up the whole kit.

Damn it. I had done a search on the word 'stipple' yesterday and couldn't find anything. In this thread someone had spelt it 'stiple' :sad: :laugh:

have a look on the net for texture coat, you can get some great results with it( we use it to sort non colour coded bumpers out without replacing them)
then you can get a satin or matt grey 2k to go over that in the correct colour
