Once again apologies to everyone for the delay and thank you for your patience.

I think I'd made an assumption that FB had been updated to say what's happening. I.e. that the packs have taken forever and so we're sending fresh packs out to every member no matter where they are in their membership cycle as a cover-all.

And yeah as Alex says, people are being sarcastic and taking the p*ss because they have finally had their packs through (like within 3 weeks of their membership running out). One person never got theirs.

The number of issues we have on RTOC are virtually nil these days Jon and it has been that way for nearly a couple of years now. So it did end within these bounds, barring the very occasional gripe and thankfully those bear no resemblance to the extended slanging matches of old.

I happen not to be a FB user so that cuts down my range considerably by default. I don't know what goes on outside RTOC, except for when there are issues reported here by others. I guess that's what I know. :agree:
