Try a ctrl F5 to force refresh (press and hold the control button and then press the F5 key).

Simon, it shows up as Last Logon: 11/07/2015 for your account.
just done forgotten password for you
Forgotten Password!
Please check your e-mail for instructions on how to change your password. The instructions contain a link that is valid only for 24 hours or until your password has been updated.
Seems to send that all ok. let me know if you don't get the email?
thanks mate, just requested, waiting for email, im constantly logged on laptop, logged on today on my phone with password I know and it worked, I also purchased some bits from shop around last October, that's why im baffled
So working on phone just not PC?
im constantly logged on laptopConstantly logged onto the shop?
The shop is not the forum. They have different log ins and different passwords.
Being logged into the forum doesn't mean you're logged into the shop. :)
rquested email sat nite, lastnite and again this morning..... no email to request!! I payed £15 renewel on 24 dec no issue and £25.65 on 7 nov which had issues requesting e mails as password wasn't reconised. now just cannot get in. getting soooo annoyed now!
As Ian says, the RTOC website and RTOC shop are two different accounts.
Since you wont mess anything up as regards the website by doing so, why not create a brand new RTOC shop account? See if that works?
not got another email address as it requires. recognises my current email address... so why cant I change my password? this is a joke
BIG thankyou rtoc...ross. for sortin this loggin issue, got tickets booked. cant wait for 3rd july, hopefully sunnier and warmer than last year

It's dale that needs the thanks mate, he's the shop wizard
Thank feck for that. What was the problem in the end?
I changed his email address to my own personal one, and sent a forgot password to it and then changed the password to send to him. Emails are being sent fine, so not sure why he didn't receive the forgotten password email. Comes through instantly as well. There is no reset function on the admin side of the site nor can I see any accounts passwords. So that's the only way I can see to get round it apart from deleting the account.
 Sounds like an isolated incident. Good stuff. Thanks for replying Dale. :agree:
This isn't a new thing, it happened quite a lot when I was doing the membership packs. I think some email providers must block the password reminder email that we send :scared:
That was when RTOC.org was messed up and on block lists. That was fixed two years ago when we changed to Nimbus hosting.
