phase 1 / phase 2 top mounts - advantage?

Im looking at coilovers atm and notice theres a phase 1 and phase 2 top mount option.

I have top mounts that would suit both however my question is , is there an advantage to running one over the other?

Think phase 2 gives more camber as the phase 1 makes everything sit square and straight the bottom part is different on the shocks to so bare that in mind as I'm not 100 % sure you can mix them
