Rear bumper - am I missing something?

Bit of a weird one
I've taken my ktec combat rear bumper off to go back to std
The std bumper has attachments either side to screw into
But lower part of bumper has 2 metal brackets
Where do these attach too? Doesn't seem to line up with a lot ?

And the Haynes manual doesn't say about them either?

If you hold the bumper in place and look under the car your see where there ment to bolt to, then it will become very obvious. :agree:

what about these bumper blocks? cant see where they would go or if i need them?

They also help towards situating the bumper properly. And I imagine the help stop cracking of the bumper under a light rear end bump.
