Membership Packs New Members/Renewals

All,

As you may or may not be aware, I have taken over as Membership Secretary from Alex. When I took over, the membership packs were sent to me but have been "damaged" in transit by the courier. Alex is currently in the process of completing a claim form for all the stuff and we will obtain replacements for all the thing lost. In the interim, I have the following:


RTOC Leaflet
Car Sticker
RTOC Key Ring


I can send out the above items now and the other bits once we have sourced them.

I have all the details for the new and renewed members and I will send out the above items over the Christmas period.

Apologies to those who have waited quite a few months now, I did send out an email to some but it looks like I missed a few.

OK Rom no worries. Just renewed the membership, new rtoc sticker be rather handy as be able to see it now Ive removed the tinted windows from the 5 lol. :)

Hi, still waiting for the membership pack, i had to rejoin, my original number ran out in 2010, new e-mail and home address supplied, thinking of asking for my money back!

I think it's honest to say at this stage that the club has absolutely dropped the ball in respect to membership packs in recent months.

All I can say is that it is being dealt with in the background and progress is being made (and I wouldn't say that if it weren't the truth).

There is a list of everyone who is missing a pack and each person on that list will receive one eventually.

The guys are genuinely working hard to get through the backlog. Its been a nightmare and apart from the couriers loosing the stuff there isnt an excuse. :crap:Greatest and sincearest apologies keep with us:agree:
