Can anybody recommend a good bank/building society to save money in? I basically have a sum of money of which i want to save for a new home but i want an account with a good rate of interest. Anybody have any info or tips ?

I would have thought an ISA would be your best bet. As long as you dont get one thats limited to only £3600

Unless things have changed since I worked in the industry you'll be limited to putting £3k into it every tax year anyway.

I know on my mini ISA i can only put in £3600 every financial year, but i thought the key word was mini therefore there was other options to be had from ISA's? Never looked into in much detail though!
