When all the trouble started a year ago, a lot of good people left. I know your reasons for it Marc but it's one of the reasons that we're quieter than we ever used to be

The committee boards are still very active and the projects too but the general section has been very quiet over the last 3-4 weeks. The events area too but that's natural at this time of year

I miss the buzz this place used to have. I've been a member on/off for 10+ years and have learned heaps for many folk who don't seem to occupy the boards any more. Miss those guys and their input. There always used to be a good technical thread on the go, really kept my interest.

I've done the 'grown up' thing now, married, just bought a house that needs work. In fact, I need to build a garage in the spring so that I can continue my R5 project.

The only reason my posts and project progression have ground to halt is purely down to the house purchase. Priorities and all that. Toys will come later. My F7P turbo motor WILL be sitting inside a mint R5 shell at some point, just not sure when that will be at the moment. Still love to see the progress others are updating, very inspiring. That's the stuff that will keep this club going.

BTW, not a fan of the Facebook Renault Turbo page/croud/scene especially. This place should be the one-stop shop.

I hate to say this but the Turbo Renault forum seems to be growing by the day.
I do see where it's coming from though, the site really looks the bussiness and has alot of nice features.

I'm afraid they have the winning hand tbh, shame as i i've learned alot on here and met a great few people too!
