this actually looks pretty good ,maybe a good project if someone was prepaired to travel to italy :cool:

errm, that engine is like mine in so much as he's plonked a head onto a GTT block. It doesn't show much in the pics, but what he shows is about 5% of getting it running. Maybe there is stuff inside the engine, but he doesn't mention it.

:laugh: sorry didnt mean to insult bud! I meant that is the basis of your engine though isnt it i.e. same head?

Thanks for those other links, if i was more able with body work thats how i would be going thats for sure!

lol, no prob. Seeing those pics takes me back to when I first placed the head onto my block and thought it was almost done :laugh:

Looks a bit rough, like a length of 50mm section with a bit of flat bar welded on top, nice:eek:

looks like he was planing on using solex carb.
