how do you set up tps on a f7p engine

Can anyone tell me how to set à throttle position sensor the haynes mannual is telling me to use a Renault xr something diog machine.

0,16v with throttle closed from the top of my head. Don't exactly know which wires to measure on but you'll figure that out;)

With ignition on measure from the middle wire to + iirc, should turn and lock the tps when measuring 0,16v
