RTOC BRSCC club car champs Cadwell Park. 20th September 14

This is a chance for the RTOC members to have a get together, watch some racing and with the possibility of a parade lap (currently enquiring) sat 20th September.

We can organise a convoy to the track when we gauge interest and who's coming from where.

I got this back today from the organisers:

Hi Adam

A parade lap is usually possible during an event lunch break however lunch breaks are a very fluid affair.
Due to the nature of an event the lunch break can be taken late/early or in some cases they can race right through to catch up time if they have had a difficult morning.

As a result your members would have to be aware that while we can offer a parade lap ultimately there is no guarantee that it will actually happen.

Just to give you guys a heads up on the timetable.

The 5 will be out qualifying at 10-30.
First race 14-00
Second race 1700.00

Will try and post up the full timetable if you want it.

Just to let you know that your proposed parade laps on the 20th have been approved and feature on their event timetable, this does not mean that they are guaranteed to take place but the race club will endeavour to make them happen for you.

Could you please supply a contact number for yourself so that the duty manager on the day can keep in touch with you if required.
