Once you've uploaded an album, you can just right-click on a picture, go 'copy image URL', come to the thread, click the 'insert image' icon and hit paste, then OK. Then post. :agree:

You can do the above action with any image URL from the internet.

Cool car btw! :)

Nice one. Where are those wheels from?

I think ive got the same intercooler as that which i was planning to fit to mine... not offered it up yet but need to work out the routing for the pipes & mount etc...

Ive always been wary of the campus grill though as I thought it restricted air flow into the engine bay compared to the GT one... not sure if its just how it looks or if theres any truth in that though.

Very  interesting that you've used a universal intercooler with the ktec pipework.

Well spotted NAD its a k tec copy pipe work. Think the air flow through the grill is fine you can see through it fine. Wheels are vw banded steelies had to modify hub centers on front as they didn't fit

Looks a bit of a strange route with the pipes though. Normally you`d come over the to of the alternator & down to the LH side of the intercooler, rather than have both boost pipes come down the RH side of the fan, as with that aftermarket intercooler you`d then have to route the carb top pipe to the LH side of the intercooler under the rad to get to that side of it.

Its a really easy route its got a 90% bend off the carb top now for a better fit it runs along side top hose then down where the standard intercooler would be then another 90% bend and it sits under the radiator. I can't the pics to work properly yet but there's a pic of when I 1st took bumper off with 1.2 engine still in it you can guess the route then loads of room to play with

I've got the same pipework but have chopped it about so it's less laggy, it comes up past the alternator now. Was alot of work though

I guess the way ktec ran the pipework was the only way they could sell that intercooler. I had to move the rad over so had to get an extension to the top hose and I needed a 90° distributor cap. I think if you told that to the customer no one would off bought one.

Its been a pain to get all the hoses made up to fit properly. I do run a 90% dizzy cap now
