Hey guys,

I took this 'rocco in px for a viva that I've recently sold and could do with getting the cash back out of it.
It's in extremely good condition having undergone a mild resto.

Recently replaced items include:

Brand new steering rack and ends
New front wheel bearings
Jetex exhaust
Poly bushes
Coilovers

It's covered 130k and sounds very sweet. It's still on the original pierburg which is a rarity and it works perfectly, firing straight up on the first turn.
The mot tester was very complimentary of the car on Friday and it went straight through with no advisories.
One key works all the locks and ignition which is a first for any VW I've owned so far.
There's a CD player fitted which is no top of the range thing but works none the less.
There's two boxes of spares that come with the car as well as manuals etc.

It's not slammed crazy low as you can see but it's all adjustable to get it down should you wish.

As said, I'm looking for as close to £1300 as possible to get my money back out of it but I may also be up for px or swaps depending what you've got.

Great little thing this :)

Love Scirocco's. I had a 1.8 carb and I found it really rewarding to drive, if not the quickest thing ever.

I think you've summed it up perfectly there.



Possibly worth mentioning that it's had a new clutch cable, number plates, ball joints, cv boots and a load of other parts replaced in its recent freshen up. All receipts are with the car as is the original wallet with all books etc.
cambelt was replaced in March 2012 also.
