Registration lights

My registration lights are not working they work sometimes, Ive fiddled about with the wires but has not made a difference, just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem and if they solved out why?

I've just done one, ended up being the white plug in the boot lid that connects the light wiring to the boot loom.

Clean up the connections on the bulbs / holders

Also, up in the top corner of the tailgate where the loom goes into the car, check the wires there. mine worked on and off. The loom was split where the tailgate had been opened an closed so many times !!

same here white plug,cleaned it up an all was well

I fiddled about with the white plug but didnt work, so ive just wired it up temporary just to get me though a mot.
