Knock sound

I have a single knock sound coming from my passenger side rear wheel only when I turn left.
Any idea what it could be?

Jack the front up and spin the wheel, might be hitting on something, could be the driveshaft or wheel bearing as well.

It's the rear wheel but it only happens when turning left
