fitting front bump strips

does anyone know whats best thing to use to fit fromt bump strips ?

Are they new? Heat them up until very flexible, make sure the holes are in right area for strips and then work from one side to the other.

no ive took them off an old bumper looks like there was double sided tape on them strong stuff ?

Yes they come with strips of double sided tape top and bottom.
